Theme Tuesday: Studiopress LifeStyle Theme
I love this theme. Simple as that. Studiopress builds the best WordPress templates out there and they are well worth the money.
The theme I’m featuring this week is the Lifestyle Magazine style theme. I’m using it on my website Anglotopia – in a slightly modified form.
The theme features nested drop down menus for your pages and categories, which look great. There is also an super easy way to insert your ads in certain parts of the site (just cut and paste into the custom fields they’ve created). It also integrates nicely with all the major plugins out there.
By far, my favorite feature is the featured post image scroller on the front page. This allows you to feature articles with pretty images. You can also customize which categories display on the front page. Traffic and pageviews on Anglotopia increased greatly after the upgrade because my content became better organized and it was easier for people to explore other parts of the site.
It’s sharp, it’s clean, easy to use and it works. It’s also pretty reasonably priced at $59.95. The theme also comes with an excellent support package so you can get help if you run into a problem. This theme is perfect for a Niche Blogger that wants to grow beyond the blog format.
